MTV Previews The City!!

Apparently this photo was not from Whitney Port’s goodbye episode of The Hills, but potentially the first episode of Whitney’s spin-off; The City.

MTV released a promo for the new show, which critics have been skeptical about due to Whitney’s soft, cute personality.

But by the looks of things, the producers told her to wild out and slut it up a little bit!

What I want to know is who is this devlish Oliva charicter? And why is that serious business goth lady from Peoples Revolution on this show.

The City is supposed to start in early 2009.  I’m in!

Time to Pack?

It looks like the first Hills spinoff could be coming to reality for Whitney Port Nothing like beating Heidi and Spencer to the spin off funding first right?
