La Brea Ave.,  to help Heidi and Spencer relieve world hunger”One Taco at a time!” Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are lending their celebrity to help out with “Reality Check Challenge” a World Food Programme benefit.  I know it seems kinda goofy. . .and I have to admit I thought WTF when I first read about it. . .but the truth is, their giving is coming from a genuine place and I can’t knock that.  So. . .Mucho Chulupa’s to these Pretty People giving back!

Celebrities show their support for Operation Smile!

The Beverly Hill’s gala always is a huge fundraising benefit for Operation Smile and this year’s event was no exception!  Celebrities that showed their support were Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Roma Downey, Giuliana Ranic, Bill Ranic, Mark Burnett, and Jamie-Lynn Sigler. For $240 and in as little as 45 minutes, Operation Smile can change a child’s life forever by giving the gift of  cleft lip surgery.
