Operation SmileThe Beverly Hill’s gala always is a huge fundraising benefit for Operation Smile and this year’s event was no exception!  Celebrities that showed their support were Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Roma Downey, Giuliana Ranic, Bill Ranic, Mark Burnett, and Jamie-Lynn Sigler. For $240 and in as little as 45 minutes, Operation Smile can change a child’s life forever by giving the gift of  cleft lip surgery.
