Apparently, Ms. Britney Jean Spears received a “routine visit” from two of her UCLA Medical Center docs, late this afternoon. It is reported that the medics (one of which is a renowned psychiatrist) spent over an hour at her house, and left quietly after. . .We’ll have more details as the story develops!

What’s a matter there, my pretty, need a little help? Britney Spears was out and about today in West Hollywood, sporting her own version of the beehive and looking like papa Spears might have neglected to keep an eye on her last night! Britney was also looking slightly round around the middle. The scene was near chaos outside the Levi’s store in Beverly Hills, forcing Jamie’s Spies Britney’s bodyguards and the on site security personnel to roughly guide her through the crowds and away from the paps!
Hmm. . . I’ve got a feeling Mr. Conservator doesn’t want his little money maker baby getting into any more secret marriages with members of the paparazzi!

An agreement has been reached for Britney Spears to see her sons again. Kevin Federline has agreed to let her meet with Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, under the close supervision of a psychiatrist and her dad, Jamie. According to an insider, it had been Jamie’s “sole focus” to get his daughter’s visitation rights back.
I hope Grandpa Spears doesn’t start getting delusional and locking ‘em all in a cage, although I’m sure Jayden has fond memories of that.

Gatecrasher is reporting that Brit-Brit paid Adnan’s wife $250,000 to get out of their way, which is A LOT, considering she and Adnan Ghalib were actually estranged long, long ago, according to our sources.

Britney Spears loves little kids. Yes, y’all, she’s been somewhat toned down, but scary still. This glamor girl seems to be getting back on track, or at least her twisted instincts are. Yay! It seems that those famously weird-ass maternal instincts are starting to resurface for our favorite rainbow child!! Usmagazine.com is reporting that Miss Britney Jean Spears spent yesterday afternoon at Millenium Dance Complex, teaching all her signature dance moves to a bunch of rambunctious five year olds who insisted on calling her “teacher!” Hmm. . . I wonder if they made the parents sign a release. In any case, due to Britney’s newest LA gang stalkers, I think it’s safe to say these kids not only learned to crawl around the floor, use a strip pole, shake their tushies, and dry hump in groups, they also unknowingly survived the adventure of a lifetime!! Let’s just hope they didn’t pick up any tips on how to dress!
