022808_sl_rinna07.jpg Sprinkles is the hottest place in town to get scrumptious $3.25 gourmet cupcakes.  The line is usually down the street a half a block and the little place seems to always be busy.  Today we were shocked when we passed and saw only two people inside the store.  We would have been less shocked to see Miley Cyrus actually wearing clothes out in public for once!  Lisa Rinna jumped at the chance to grab a dozen of the sweet treats!  The only thing sweeter then Sprinkles cupcakes is Lisa’s adorable daughter!  Love the outfit!03.jpg022808_sl_rinna02.jpg
