The Hulk gets sued!

A lawsuit was filed yesterday morning in Clearwater, Fla. against Terry Bollea (a/k/a Hulk Hogan) and his estranged wife, Linda Hogan (born Linda Marie Claridge), stating that as the parents of Nick Bollea, they are liable for the damages sustained to John Graziano, a passenger friend critically injured in Nick’s massive August car crash. Graziano, 23 years old, and a veteran of the Iraq war, was left in a permanent vegetative state and will need care for the rest of his life.

Nick Bollea is facing several charges, including reckless driving, as a result of this accident.
