Daniel Smith died of an “accidental” overdose!
A Bahamas jury decided today that Daniel Smith, son of the late model and adult film/reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith, died of an accidental overdose. An inquest to determine the 20 year old’s cause of death began in late November, an approximate month after his death. The jury is recommending that no criminal charges be filed. Police reports claim there is no evidence of homicide, and autopsy reports conclude the overdose was caused by a mix of methadone and antidepressants.
WTF?! This sounds so odd to me. I’m glad that this sh*t is finally over, but somehow I’d rather have had there be an undecided jury, or no decision for “lack of evidence”. Somehow, I still find it hard to believe that this kind of death can be genetic.
