Breaking News: Beyonce and Jay-Z “looked happy!”
People.com: “Beyonce and Jay-Z ‘looked happy’ getting marriage license”
People.com seems to be surprised that Beyonze and Jay-Z looked happy, as they got their wedding license at Scarsdale Village Hall, early yesterday morning. An “eyewitness” reportedly told the magazine that “it was just the two of them,” that “they were holding hands,” that “they looked really happy,” and _HOLD ON TO YOUR SEATS_ that “they signed the paperwork!”
Hmm… I wonder if today is a slow news day...
In any case, I’m glad these two are so happy! They deserve to be in a good place. I very much respect how they’ve kept their relationship as private as possible, and how they’ve opted for non-Hollywood-conventional wedding procedures. It seems to me it was a way of celebrating their love per se, as opposed to the magnificent opulence related to all things Hollywood… Congratulations, Beyonce and Jay-Z!!
