No Election Release For FOB.
Fallout Boy had originally planned to release their politically themed new record on election day, but now they want change. The band posted the following message on their blog, informing everyone about holding back the date.
Six months ago we thought it would be a fun idea to release our album on election day but this is not the election to be cute. We felt as though rather than making a commentary we were only riding the wave of the election. This seemed less and less like what we intended to do and more of a gimmick. It is now in the hands of our label to give us a new release date… it is our intent to get our record out this year and as soon as possible — as we made sure to have it done in time for its original release.
I may have rode the wave to the bank if I were them…

Marica Brady Was an Original Hollywood Bad Girl.
Who knew Carol Brady’s eldest daughter had a little devil inside of her. Well, according to Maureen McCormick’s new memoir, Here’s The Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice, this young starlet was a bit of a wild child.
Though she was only 14 when the show first aired, McCormick suffered from sever anxiety and insecurities on the set due to her troubled family life at home.
Once she show ended it’s run she took on the hard partying celebrity lifestyle that we all know and love in this day and age. However unlike today, it’s probably what cost her a long career.
Maureen writes in her book about cocaine fueled parties at the Playboy Mansion, her off screen romance with her TV brother, Barry Williams, and a date with Michael Jackson among other things in the book which hits the shelves this tuesday.
All this story is missing is a fauxmosexual relationship with Jan and a sex tape titled Marcia, Marcia, Marcia, and we have the original Lindsay Lohan on our hands!

Tobey McGuire Capturing the Fall.
Tobey McGuire and his wife, Jen Meyer took their daughter, Ruby Sweetheart, to the Pumpkin patch in Hollywood this past weekend.
Tobey documented the entire trip on home video for his family to enjoy.
Spider-man’s friends were apparently a bunch of jerks and beat up a photographer. Wonder if Tobey got that on film?

Darline Still Looks Like Darline.
Sarah Gilbert, who you LOVED on Roseanne no matter what you say, still looks exactly like the character she played so many years ago.
Sarah took her son Levi to the pumpkin patch in Hollywood this past weekend.
She’s no second Becky, but she still looks pretty good for 33.

Tina Fey Will Not Do 4 Years of Palin.
Tina Fey says she enjoys playing Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live, but if John McCain wins, and Sarah Palin is the VP, you won’t be seeing any more of Fey as Palin.
She tells TV Guide; “We’re gonna take it week by week. If she wins, I’m done. I can’t do that for four years. And by ‘I’m done,’ I mean I’m leaving Earth,”
Not that she has anything against Palin or the role, it’s just time to move on. Fey adds; “Election time is always good for [SNL] and this is a bonkers election. And that lady is a media star. She is a fascinating person, she’s very likeable. She’s fun to play, and the two bits with Amy [Poehler], that was super fun,”
Palin is rumored to be joining Fey on SNL on the October 25 show where perhaps the two will cross paths as eachother? Let’s hope those rumors come true.

Travis Barker Takes a Shot at Ex-Wife From the Hospital Bed.
Travis Barker’s ex-wife Shanna Moakler has been very vocal about how important Travis is to her since the accident happened, but according to a new blog by the former Blink 182 drummer, it seems like she may be over the entire thing.
Travis writes on his Myspace from the hospital;
“Despite any rumors you might have heard via my EX-wife Shanna Moakler, who I have not seen since the week I checked in, Ive been treated amazingly well, both here in LA and in Georgia. The hospitals Ive been treated at are THE BEST.”
Can’t say the Shanna thing surprises me, but since when are you allowed to go on Myspace in the hospital??? Oh how the times have changed.
Travis went on to write and thank all the people who have been visiting him and taking care of him, and express just how lucky he is. It’s great to see him doing better and in good spirits! He should be getting out fairly soon.

Tiz Would Be All For a Paparazzi Uniform.
Ashley Tisdale recently told Access Hollywood in an interview of one scary experience she had when a photographer pushed the limits.
Theres always a few bad seeds, but Tisdale tells the news mag; “They broke in, they came into my home before. They don’t want middle America to know this is what they do to try and get pictures.”
She claims the offender broke into her house and followed her stylist down the hallway, though she was able to call the police and they arrived quickly.
How does Ashley think they could protect celebrities safeties? She says; “I wish they had badges, it could be a random stalker. They’re like 40-year-old men following us girls around.”
Kind of raises a good point. Someone who actually does have other motives besides taking photos only has to lug around a camera and they are immediately considered to be ok.

Tara Reid is an Idiot!
Tara Reid isn’t one of those actresses who you haven’t seen on screen because she can’t find work or just hasn’t found the perfect script. It’s because she’s just waiting for the writers strike to be over!
Tara told Pop Tarts last week at a benefit gala in Hollywood;
“I totally plan to go back into acting once the strike stops. The economy is so bad right now that people are afraid to put money back into acting. Even the shows that seem new, they really shot six months ago. So when it’s all back up again, I will go back into it. That’s my heart,”
Hmm, thats funny, because right off the top of my head, Johnny Depp was just paid nearly $56 million dollars to do one little film.
Oh that and the fact that the writers strike has been over for 8 months.
