The younger, more well behaved Hilton sister was spotted Tuesday afternoon in Hollywood with on again/off again boyfriend David Katzenberg.

In typical Nicky Hilton fashion, she continued the streak of wearing a scarf under the California Sun, but in a surprising change of events, David convinced her to detach her cell phone from her ear for one day.
