Kidnapper!
The three men present in the SUV driven by Lindsay Lohan in route to her second DUI arrest have sued the actress for what would be car-jacking, and putting their lives in danger.
Since the events of that night, the story has stood that Lindsay hopped into the car and drove off without the consent of the three men present, and now they are filing suit.
The men claim that dispite warnings and pleading with Lohan to slow down, she ignored their wish, yelling out obscenities and saying that she wasn’t afraid of death.
They claim she then went on to say how she “was a celebrity, and could do whatever she wants.”
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPhearson, released a statement calling the lawsuit absurd, claiming’
“These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in.”
The driver of the car Lohan was chasing has also filed a suit against the actress.

ITs really shameful that a person under the influence of intoxication is taking the advantage of her being a celebrity. such accused should be punished so that such things do not repeat in future.
