Something to Hide??
Lindsay Lohan seems a little bit nervous about a curve ball that was thrown her way by a former Samantha Ronson attorney.
Ms. Ronson is suing her former attorney, Martin Garbus, pretty much just for losing her libel case that she brought upon Perez Hilton.
Ronson is claiming malpractice, and Garbus responded with a big F-U by calling upon Lindsay Lohan to testify.
Lindsay is now super nervous that her deposition might be video taped, and then leaked to the internet like everything else in the world is.
Garbus apparently wants to question Lohan about the alleged drugs found in the vehicle, along with her relationship with Ronson.
There must be something Lindsay would have to say that she doesn’t want anyone to hear. She’s requesting the deposition be done in a private location with a sealed transcript, because if it’s leaked it could cause her “unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden and expense.”
Samantha should have just sucked up her losses. She might just be digging herself deeper here.
