Jackson Dodges Court With Note From Doc.

Michael Jackson is being sured by an Arab sheik named Al Khalifa.

Khalifa is claiming that Michael owes him over 7 million dollars for not fulfilling contract duties that included an autobiography, an album, and a stage play that the two supposedly agreed upon a while back on a Jackson trip to Bahrain.

Jackson is hoping to give his testimony via satellite from the US to London because his attorney claims “It would be unwise for him to travel, given what he’s got now.”

Though declining to elaborate on what Jackson actually had, for the “obvious reasons” Robert Engelhart is claiming that the 7 million dollars was a gift, not payment for any projects.

Hows this Sheik gonna kick someone when their down?
