She Got a Real Job!
Lauren Conrad has been asked to design a dress or two for this years Emmy Awards.
Conrad, who is the designer of the Lauren Conrad Collection, has come under fire in the past for not actually designing her own collection, and stealing ideas for the pieces, but sources have refuted the claims proving that unlike her television show, her line is the real deal.
Lauren will be preparing a dress that the trophy girls will wear as they walk out to present the award winner with their trophy. Of this honor to design the gowns Conrad says;
“It’s a huge compliment to be asked to do that, and it was really amazing to be taken seriously.”
Looks like she’s as surprised as the rest of us!
