Wedding Bells for Kelly Osbourne?

Kelly Osbourne is taking the next step with boyfriend Luke  Worrell, moving in together.

Osbourne and Worrell sparked engagement rumors last month when she was caught wearing a diamond on her wedding finger, but she denied the reports saying that the two were “too young to settle down.”  Worrell is only  18-years-old.

The pair are reportedly ready to move in together though in both England and at Osbournes LA home.

A source close to Osbourne told the New York Post; “They are so totally in love,” and that they “wouldn’t be surprised if an engagement was right around the corner”.
