Pour out another round of shots because little Lizzie McGuire turned 21 yesterday!!!

Hilary Duff’s birthday was “not today, not today, not today“, it was “so yesterday.” It wasn’t just a regular old birthday either, it was her 21st! She can legally have her first drink ever now.

21 is a big birthday for these Disney good girls who have never done anything bad before, so I’m sure Hilary made it a good night.
