Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag attended the 7th Annual Operation Smile Gala at the Beverly Hilton on Thursday night.

Aside from Spencers hidious flesh colored beard, the pair looked pretty good…. For a dumb blonde plastic and sinister douche.

It’s nice to see them supporting a cause that isn’t themselves though.
