Mary-Kate want’s left out of Heath Ledger investigation.
Mary-Kate Olsen has asked for immunity from any prosecution regarding the death of her friend, Heath Ledger. Olsen, who received the first phone call from Heath’s masseuse when she found him unconscious in his room, has always been a mysterious link to the untimely death of the actor.
Feds have been interviewing everyone else close to Ledger, but it’s MK who’s being the only difficult one.
It would be possible for them to subpoena the little twin and grill her for everything she knows about Ledger’s extra curricular activities regarding prescription pain meds, but she’s hoping to strike up some kind of a deal before she breaks her silence.
It was recently reported that Mary-Kate is still having trouble dealing with the death of Heath, forcing her to walk out of a screening of The Dark Knight shortly after it started.
Either it’s still a tough topic…. or she knows something.

Mary-Kate’s attorney has just released the following statement;
“Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them…Regarding the government’s investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed,” the statement from her attorney continues…We don’t know the source of the information being quoted in the media regarding the government’s inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate.”
