Mary-Kate Subpoenaed by the DEA.

The DEA is apparently not satisfied by the amount of information given to them by Mary-Kate Olsen, and have issued her a subpoena regarding the untimely death of her friend Heath Ledger.

Olsen’s lawyer released a statement Monday, claiming that she had given them all the information she had and wished to be granted immunity from the case, but now it appears shes going to have to testify in front of a grand jury.

5 substances were found in Ledgers body at the time of his death, and three have been accounted for being prescribed to the actor.  The DEA is hoping Olsen can shed some light onto where Heath got the Vicodin and Oxycotton.
