Melanie Brown of Spice Girls fame has got a plan to help shape up your ‘jubbly bits.‘ The former Scary Spice is coming out with a fitness video following the way she kicked her ass back into shape with her Dancing With the Stars workout regiment. Mel wants to help anyone out there tighten and tone their body, and she had this to say;
The three-disc set, titled; Totally Fit, features a 28-day plan of aerobic and resistance workouts set to up-tempo and dance music, along with advice and tips on nutrition. It even includes recipes and snacks. The DVD will be available to buy on Feb. 3.
