Is Gaston Demanding Of His Teen Queen?
Sounds like Justin Gaston is NOT going to let a 16-year-old pop superstar get the best of him. Word on the set of Miley’s new video for Fly on the Wall is that Justin had the final say in who got to play her love interest in the video.
The spy told E! that It all came down to Justin’s decision, and oddly enough he picked the guy that looked most like himself. Apparently all he cared about is that the model somewhat resembled him.
I can see a 20-year-old guy wanting to feel like he wears the pants in a relationship with one of the biggest teen stars in the world. Miley probably just let him pick so he’d feel good about himself.
He ought to hurry his career along a little faster because as soon as she dumps him he’s on his own!

Earlier this year, 50 Cent sued fast food giant Taco Bell for copyright infringement by using his name in an ad for their value menu.
The beef all started when a fake letter was sent to 50 cent, asking him to change his name for one day to either 79, 89, or 99 cent for one day to promote their value menu, and in return they would donate $10,000 to a charity of his choice.
Now lawyers for the Taco Bell Corp. are speaking out and calling 50’s suit merely an attempt to “burnish his gangsta rapper persona by distorting beyond all recognition a bona fide, good faith offer.”
What I’m most curious about in this whole report is if the lawyer from Taco Bell really said the word “gangsta” with an A at the end.

Aaron Eckhart was asked about the possibility of Angelina Jolie playing Catwoman in a future Batman film based upon rumors that have been going around from time to time.
At the GQ men of the year event in LA last night, Eckhart told UsWeekly; “I thought that was a fantastic idea,” adding, “When I read that, I felt like all of our records that we made [would] be broken if she did Catwoman.”
Is he serious? Angelina would be a good catwoman, but no way do they break the records of The Dark Knight that were set by Heath Ledger’s Oscar worthy portrayal of The Joker along with the tragic events that occurred leading to the release of the film.
Sorry Aaron, but no way!

The Spice Girls Melanie Brown is heading to Vegas to star in her own strip show.
Brown will join former Dancing With the Stars contestant Kelly Monaco for a show topless show titled Peepshow which will be a a topless, burlesque-style performance that is expected to open in March at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
Though Brown and Monaco will not be topless themselves, they will be scantily clad surrounded by dancers who are up to bearing all.
No wonder Mel B has been hittin the gym hard these days, she’s got to get that bod in tip top shape!

A busboy who works at Justin Timbelrake’s Southern Hospitality BBQ restaurant in NYC has filed a lawsuit on behalf of himself and 50 other employees against the singer and his business partners for cheating said employees out of an unspecified amount of money.
The suit claims that Timberlake and co. have stole tips, and not paid their employees the proper overtime, or minimum wages.
The suit names Timberlake as the owner of the establishment, but names partners Trace Ayala and Eytan Sugarman as in charge of operations at the New York eatery.
The employees are askign for unspecified damages.

Kim Kardashian recently shot her cameo on How I Met Your Mother and blogged about it on her official website.
As previously reported, Kim will be playing a magazine cover version of herself which required her to shoot the scene alone in front of a green screen.
Here’s what Kim had to say;
I recently filmed an episode of How I Met Your Mother! This is the first sitcom I have ever worked on, and I absolutely loved it!
Everyone on the set was extremely kind and so fun to work with! Bob Saget, who is the show’s narrator, and cast member Jason Segel were there as well as my own mother, who everyone got to meet. Ha!
In the scene I am on the cover of a weekly magazine and I come to life! So, I had to film it all on a green screen!
I can’t wait to see the show! I really had a great time and hope this opens up other opportunities for me in the acting world.
This episode of HIMYM is going to be packed with guest stars, as Spencer and Heidi have already filmed their scenes, and it’s rumored that Kendra Wilkinson will appear as well.

So the Adrianne Bailon nude photos that were reportedly stolen from her laptop at an airport in NYC are apparently fake?
Though it was speculated by some as a PR stunt from the beginning due to the fact that her agent Jonathan Jaxson also owns celebrity gossip site JJ’s Dirt, it was a little bit more believable when they threatened legal action and forced all sites to remove them from the internet.
Jaxson sat down with a local radio station and admitted that they made the whole story up just to “juice things up” a bit.
He then added, “What better way to do that than to say that nude pictures could have been stolen from her laptop?”

Sarah Palin sat down with Matt Lauer on The Today Show Tuesday morning for a post election interview in which she had to come up with some nice words for her victorious opponent, Barack Obama.
Palin says of the President-elect; “He did a great job to articulate his ability to usher in change.”
But of course the name Sarah Palin doesn’t come in a sentence without the word controversy these days. Palin had to clear up the rumors that there was issues between her and some campaign staff members on election night, clear up rumors that her seventeen-year-old pregnant daughter, Bristol, was forced into wedding plans by the pressure of party handlers, and clear up the great wardrobe scandal.
When it comes to her running mate, John McCain? Palin insists that she has a great admiration for him, and that they have and have had a great relationship from day one, regardless of the rumors that will go around.
As for running for President in 2012? Sarah is dodging that one right now, but she hasn’t ruled it out just using responses that lead us to believe she’ll see where the next couple years take her.
