Zac Efron Will Be Keeping His Pants On.
Zac Efron is shutting down rumors that he will be appearing naked on Broadway.
Zac was said to be taking over for Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe in the Broadway rendition of Equus, a play in which Radcliffe had to bear all in the West End, which hit the internet like wild fire.
“No, that’s a rumor. I wasn’t approached for it,” Zac said of the claims.
However there are talks of Zac heading to the West End for the lead of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, a role that hasn’t been to friendly to the careers of the past actors who took it on, but come on, you cant compare Donnie Osmond to Zac Efron.
Zac’s latest, High School Musical 3 hits theaters in just a little over a week!

Dancing With the Stars latest cast off, Rocco DiSpirito, demonstrated some of his newly acquired moves on the Evian models in attendance at the New York Food and Wine Festival this past weekend.
The famous chef told party goers that the hardest part of the show was learning the dances, joking that it took him 20 years to learn how to cook and they had to cram all of this into just a few weeks.
He then urged fans to vote for him this week, but I guess not enough of them were listening. Sorry Rocco!

MTV has “confirmed” on Thursday that Whitney Port will be getting her own Hills spin-off that takes place in New York City.
Nevermind the obvious fact that she’s been in New York at a new job with a camera crew following her around for the past month, never-mind the fact that all of her cast mates have confirmed this to be true already, but it was not official until MTV announced it today.
In a statement released MTV confirms the series to be called The City, and its scheduled to air in early 2009.
MTV is promising new faces, new friends, and new romance as they follow Whitney through her first days at her new job working at the offices of fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg. Whitney ha released the following statement as well:
“I am thrilled and honored to be in New York City,” Port (pictured right in New York’s Central Park) says in a statement. “Not only working for one of the most renowned fashion designers, Diane Von Furstenberg, but to be able to mature as a young woman both professionally and personally.”
She was always sort of the wet blanket on The Hills, can she come out of her shell and keep the people interested? MTV reality has yet to move across country like this yet, so that will be interesting as well escaping the repetitive southern California types.

Ed Westwick, who plays resident villain Chuck Bass on TV’s Gossip Girl, was spotted in a full-on make-out session with actress Drew Barrymore at a party in New York City on Tuesday night.
Both stars attended the Kings of Leon concert at Webster Hall along with Westwick’s gossip pal, Chace Crawford, and later on they all attended the after party at Bowery Electric.
Spies on the scene say the pair were all over each other and definitely not hiding their PDA.
This is reportedly the second time this week Ed and Drew have got together, staying out til 6am following last weekends Saturday Night Live.
Westwick is 11 years her junior. Sounds like something out of an episode of the show.
Will these two work out? Only time will tell, but for now…

From whispers and rumors, to suggestive photos and so on. Finally we’ve got some clarity that Whitney Port will be leaving The Hills for her own New York City based spin-off. Port will be working for fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg in the show.
Show insiders are saying it’s a go, and they are to start filming immediately with a release set for early 2009.
Whitney, who is the only real goal oriented character on the show who I think actually likes to work and is not a total whore will be put to the test with this one.
She’s never involved with any drama, she manages to avoid the nightlife for the most part it seems, and never has any real love interests pissing her off or making her sad.
Hopefully her show isn’t a total snooze-fest.

Katie Holmes had her first performance on Broadway last night in the production of All My Sons at Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.
Play-goers were said to be pleased with the former Dawson’s Creek stars performance, and Tom Cruise said he was so proud asking; “Did you see it?… It was extraordinary!”
Tom had to say that, but if the critical American public was pleased, chances are it wasn’t that bad. They’ve never been afraid to let Jessica Simpson have it following one of her country performances…
The premiere of the Aurthur Miller play didn’t go off without some sort of Scientology backlash though, famed anti-Scientologroup ‘Anonymous‘ was outside the theater in protest holding up signs and chanting “Free Katie.”

Lindsay Lohan pulled a Kanye West while in NYC on Sunday. She popped a photographer right in the nose!
Lindsay reportedly tripped over a steel gate and then blamed a photographer for tripping her and proceeded to punch him right in the face.
Lindsay was on her phone at the time and was heard walking away saying “oh my god I just hit a paparazzi.”
No charges were filed. She must hit like a girl.
