Still Trying to be Funny, Still No Luck.
You remember when Natalie Portman and Rashida Jones posted this video on FunnyOrDie trying to make comedy about the election, as other celebrities such as Hayden Panettiere, Ron Howard, and Paris Hilton have all successfully done, only to fail miserably?
Well Nat and Rashida are back on the site one day before the election with another pitch. What we got was more of the same.
Maybe she should have took notes from McLovin and did something a little bit funny.

Natalie Portman ditched the tears and ugly shorts to appear on FunnyOrDie.com with Rashida Jones to make fun of America’s financial crisis.
Their solution to the crisis was puppies, cute little store bought $3,000 dollar puppies.
So basically, to put words into her mouth, Natalie Portman thinks the financial crisis is a joke, and thinks orphan dogs should just be left in shelters because they aren’t as cute.
Loves it!

Natalie Portman has been secretly visiting sick kids in an LA children’s hospital about three times per week. A friend of Natalie’s says; “Natalie loves that she’s doing something entirely removed from the entertainment industry.”
Apparently ever since breaking up with her ex, Davendra Banhart, Natalie is in search of new beginnings and is relocating to Los Angeles.
Most celebrities love to broadcast their charity work for self gain, this is seemingly not the case here, though a little press never hurt anyone, and could also help draw attention from more people. That’s when a celebrity uses their name for good.

Natalie Portman is still moping around Hollywood. Today she went to the gym to try and work off some of the agression she may have stemming from her recent breakup with Devendra Banahart.
I give her some credit tho, most celebrities will go into hiding after a breakup, Natlie has been out and about more than usual in the past couple days.
The unfortunate thing here is those shorts! I’ve not seen a pair of pants trying to eat someone like that since Fred Murtz on I Love Lucy.
Those things have serious camel toe written all over them.

Back to the Future: Natalie PortmanThe uber intelligent and equally beautiful Natalie Portman stars alongside Scarlett Johansson, in the riveting period piece “The Other Boleyn Girl.” I’m amazed how the once stoned faced phenom from the Star Wars geekdom has settled into a nice comfy pigeonhole known as the piece period niche. How is that for a change? To go from dialog suitable for an elementary school kid to well spoken, serious adult content, with occasional nudity. From being creepily photoshopped by geeks worldwide with too much time on their hands, to having her face plastered on every prestigious award show known to man. From a multi-trillion proven franchise, to placing 3rd on your opening weekend? I think I’ll spend my $10 some other way! Growing up has its privileges, but when it starts hitting my wallet then I have to draw the line! Yoda pez dispenser anyone?
