For the past 5 years we’ve been stepping into Lauren Conrad’s life on Monday nights and loving or hating her every move. Could this all be coming to an end after this season
Conrad tells Extra; “It’s coming to a point where I love this show so much, but I’m ready to kind of walk away, I’ve been doing it for five years now. Five years on TV is a really, really long time.”
I agree with LC, plus her character has lost it’s appeal the same way Kristin Cavalari did after two seasons of Laguna Beach. As much as fans hate them, it seems they care more about what Spencer and Heidi are up to, or what Audrina’s doing with Justin Bobby, and with Whitney off in New York for The City it’s like a whole new world to pay attention to. LOVES IT!!!! Britney Spears is totally back! I have to be honest I was kinda disappointed with Britney Jean Spears at the 2008 MTV VMA’s. I was like WTF? That’s all you have to say?! We, your loyal fans, have stuck with you through all of your head shaving, umbrella swinging, crazy ass driving times and you get up on the stage just a shell of who “Britney Spears” used to be. I am not totally sure who the hell “Womanizer” was written for. . .sweet baby jesus knows Brit Brit has had her share of a**holes who just hung around to use and abuse her. . .Was it for Kevin? Infamous paparazzi Adnan “Gotta Have A Lady In Bed” Ghalib? Sam Satan Lufti? Maybe it was for all of those Mo Fo’s!!!!! Britney is back and enpowering women everywhere! Group Hug!!!

Tonight Britney Spears premieres her music video for ‘Womanizer’ on 20/20 but for those of you expecting to see an interview, sorry to break it to ya but you’ll have to wait.
Instead Christie Brinkley’s ex-husband is having the luckiest day ever because the day they’re letting him tell his side of the story is going to gain a bunch of extra viewers who only came to see Britney. Moving on…
Britney will be telling her side of the story but on another network, and not for another month. Britney has been sitting down with MTV for a documentary type film titled For the Record, which will air on the network on November 30, two days before Circus is released.
Britney will be looking back on the past couple of years and saying things like ; “I sit there and I’ll look back and I’m like: I’m a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?”

MTV has “confirmed” on Thursday that Whitney Port will be getting her own Hills spin-off that takes place in New York City.
Nevermind the obvious fact that she’s been in New York at a new job with a camera crew following her around for the past month, never-mind the fact that all of her cast mates have confirmed this to be true already, but it was not official until MTV announced it today.
In a statement released MTV confirms the series to be called The City, and its scheduled to air in early 2009.
MTV is promising new faces, new friends, and new romance as they follow Whitney through her first days at her new job working at the offices of fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg. Whitney ha released the following statement as well:
“I am thrilled and honored to be in New York City,” Port (pictured right in New York’s Central Park) says in a statement. “Not only working for one of the most renowned fashion designers, Diane Von Furstenberg, but to be able to mature as a young woman both professionally and personally.”
She was always sort of the wet blanket on The Hills, can she come out of her shell and keep the people interested? MTV reality has yet to move across country like this yet, so that will be interesting as well escaping the repetitive southern California types.

For those of you tuning in to Paris’ search for the new BFF, how much do you love Onch?
Though Shelley is a total babe, I feel like she’d rather spend her Sunday mornings in church than drinking at a rooftop pool party at a trendy LA hotel.
Onch is the 23 year old jewelry designer who is pretty much destined to be Paris’ TV BFF. He, like Christian Siriano did on Project Runway with his ‘fierce hot mess tranny from Transylvania’ ways brings life to a show otherwise filled with a bunch of textbook sluts + cute and innocent Shelley.
Hopefully Paris realizes this and keeps him around!

Angela Simmons, daughter of Rev Run, arrived at valet parking in a fire engine red Porsche at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles to do a little shopping.
We know the girls from the Hills afford these expensive ass houses off of their MTV salaries, but there’s no way MTV is payin the Simmons’ this type of cash for their show.
Maybe a gift from daddy, or uncle Russ?

For once, I actually didn’t see it coming. There’s been some obvious tension going on between Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge starting with Audrina’s moving out of the house, to little hints here and there via Myspace, but now there are little whispers starting to sneak out about what’s really going on.
Here’s a brief rundown: Last week, Audrina’s mood was “Shocked” and LC’s “Disappointed” on their Myspace pages.
Yesterday; Spencer Pratt apparently told reporters at his and Heidi’s taco bell event that “My real prayers go to Audrina; she really needs it at the moment. She is going through a lot, I just wish her and her health all the best.” Adding, “Something big is wrong, but it is up to her as to whether she wants to go public with it.”
Naturally, Perez Hilton got to the bottom of it only to find out that Lauren and Audrina are not on speaking terms at the moment.
According to one of his Hills insiders, Someone told Audrina that Lauren hooked up with Justin Bobby, who happens to be Audrina’s on again/off again boyfriend.
She confronted both about it, and while JB admitted to hooking up with Lauren, Conrad herself denied that it ever happened.
If that ends up to be true, it will explain the myspace moods. Audrina was shocked that LC would do that to her, and LC was disappointed that Audrina would believe something like that.
The most shocking thing of all this, is that Spencer was able to keep his mouth shut, but I’m sure that’s just because he doesn’t have any hate for Audrina, and Heidi would be disappointed if she lost her only shot at a female friend.
Or is Perez Hilton’s “Hills insider” really just Spencer Pratt???? hmmm….
Either way who cares we’re still getting more Justin Bobby!

Paris Hilton’s BFF show premiered last night and already there is one “Bitter Betty.”
I’m talking about Michelle Kopasz, the first potential BFF to be voted off of the show.
Michelle didn’t take Paris’ fashion tips and just looked like a blonde trashy at the red carpet event that Paris took her friends too.
In the end, she was told “I dont wan’t to be your friend anymore, TTYL” and had to pack her bags.
Michelle is now speaking out about her short appearance on the show, sticking up for why she wouldn’t change. She says;
“The thing is, I love who I am, and I’m just me,” she said. “I don’t wanna change just so I can become someone’s friend.”
Apparently she doesn’t care though, saying this;
. “Seriously, at the end, do you really feel like you’re going to walk away being her best friend?” she said. “Are we gonna hang out and do lunch together?”
The only problem with this show is, now were going to have to start reporting on a bunch of girls who think they are somewhat famous now, when really they aren’t, and wont be when Paris forgets about them.
