Today’s StarzLife Birthday Spankings go to Mario Lopez, who turns 35. He used to be the coolest dude in town, then started hosting shows on animal planet. Now Mario is the new host of Extra, and as soon as he sits on a chair “A.C. Slater style” during the show, he’ll regain his little backwards throne.

Television show reunions, or revivals are all the rage these days. So what would happen if the gang from Saved By the Bell got back together?
Well I’m not so sure were going to find that out. Most of the girls have fell off the face of the earth, Screech has fell even further than that, Oh and Zack Morris has a new show on FX but beyond that it exists, I know nothing about it.
At least and Mario Lopez’s muscles have kept him in the spotlight landing him some hosting deals here and there.
Anyhow, Mario Lopez got a surprise visit from old Bayside buddy Mark-Paul Gosselaar on the set of his newest hosting gig, Extra, and the two took a trip down memory lane.
