No Wonder.
As if you didn’t already know Gary Busey was a nut, his latest admission perhaps shoots him to the top of the list.
Though Busey has been clean and sober off the drugs for the past 13 years, there was a time where he’d go to great length for a little nose candy.
Busey recently told Access Hollywood that once his dog rolled around in a pile of cocaine, and rather than letting it go to waste, he did what any good coke head would do. Says Busey;“I went in like a cropduster with my nose flying first and snorted the cocaine off the dog.”
But it doesn’t end there, Busey adds; “You get a little bugs, you get little hairs, you get grease and goo from the ground; it’s not at all a healthy thing to do. But when you’re an addict, you don’t think of health, you think about destruction of yourself unconsciously.”
What I would have asked next, and am surprised the show just managed to not ask, is why was there a pile of cocaine in an area where the dog would be rolling around? Also, what would possess a dog to roll around in drugs?
Sometimes having a story like this to tell some day down the line makes me wish I might have dabbled around with different things, but then I realize that I could just lie about it in the future and not be all messed up like people like Gary Busey.

Hey everybody! Things have been CRAZY busey busy the past few days! I have been on Inside Edition, a radio morning show in Toronto and rumor is that Ryan Seacrest is trying to get a hold of me to be a part of a support group for victims who have been subject to the craziness that is Gary Busey! Wheww! Last night we went to a one year celebration/fundraiser for Make a Wish Foundation of a place called Celadon on third and Fairfax. It was so funny how the people I was interviewing started asking ME questions! I guess everyone has seen the video by now on YouTube! The guy on the radio this morning said that Mr. Busey’s people told them that I was very professional and some other nice stuff. That was nice. Starzlife has a few contributors even though I am the one getting all the attention right now. . .I wanted to write this morning before I went to school to say a special “Thank you!” to ROXY for being so cool and supportive! ROXY is so busy with all of her own stuff and yet she finds time to fill you all in on “the scoop” daily! She really is a great writer and is super funny! She always makes me laugh and I love how HUGE her heart is. Also to Leo who finds time to write in between Bikram yoga classes, professional party crashing , and frequent trips to Barney’s of New York! And to everyone else who writes and writes in your comments. This is my hobby. And you guys are making it so much fun! The most important thing to me is that people see the importance of charities like the Children Uniting Nations and the Make a Wish Foundation. That’s really what matters!

I have interviewed many celebrities from Zac Efron to Paris Hilton. I like to ask questions that mean something to me and the readers of StarzLife.
On Sunday night I was covering a charity event for StarzLife at the Beverly Hills Hilton for Children Uniting Nations. All of the celebrities that I interviewed that night were inspirational, patient and kind except for Mr. Gary Busey. I respect Mr. Busey but to be honest by the end of my interview with him for StarzLife I felt sorry for him. This is America and as a member of the press I believe in freedom of speech but in my opinion Mr. Busey has some growing up to do and should follow some of his own advice.
