A Leopard Doesn’t Change It’s Spots.
Kanye West is up to his old tricks. West was arrested last night for assaulting a photographer in the UK, a situation that he’s been in previously this September, when he and a bodyguard attacked a photographer at LAX airport and proceeded to break his camera.
West was performing a show in Newcastle last night as part of his Glow in the Dark World Tour, and proceeded to an after party at a near by nightclub following the show.
Upon leaving the club, West allegedly approached a photographer taking his picture outside of the venue and pushed the camera into his face leaving him with a cut and bruises, and then instructed his handlers to “get his camera.”
West left the scene and was later arrested at a near by Hilton hotel, no charges were filed.

Tisk, tisk, Paris… Don’t you know that California is hands free!
Paris Hilton was out and about yesterday afternoon running errands with about 25 of her greatest friends, the paparazzi, when she got into her car and drove away while chatting it up on the celly!
You’d think driving through a pack of 30 cameras she’d put the phone down, but you’d be wrong. Paris drove off without a care in the world. Besides, the ticket is only a measly $20 for a first time offender, and $50 from there after.

Casey Anthony is locked up in an Orange County prison after being convicted in the murder of her two year old daughter, Caylee.
For whatever reason, the jail has sent over Casey’s commisary report to my BFF, Greta Van Susteren at Fox News with the attached note;
Attached is the commissary order which has been placed by Casey Anthony on Wednesday night (10/29/2008). The order will be delivered to the housing area on Friday.

At least we know this despicable murderer will have plenty of lotions, chapstick, and bottled water for her prison stay.
What ever happened to the old bread and water (from the sink) and community bar of soap in the shower room?

A friend of the Hudson family is speaking out about an incident that occurred a little over a month ago in which the main person of interest in the triple murders this past weekend made threats on the family.
Willim Balfour who is currently in custody as a person of interest in the shootings of Jennifer Hudson’s mom, brother, and nephew reportedly got into a fight with Hudson’s brother James, her mother, Darnell, and her sister, Julia, who happens to be Balfours ex-wife.
Jennifer Hudson’s ex-fiance James Peyton was also present during the incident, and beat up Balfour when he attacked Jason Hudson.
The Hudson neighbor told Us Weekly that shortly after the incident and fight took place Balfour started hurling out threats, and saying; “he would kill Julia and mess up everyone in the house,” but they never took him seriously.
It’s a horrible thing that happened, but threats like that should always be taken seriously.

The three men present in the SUV driven by Lindsay Lohan in route to her second DUI arrest have sued the actress for what would be car-jacking, and putting their lives in danger.
Since the events of that night, the story has stood that Lindsay hopped into the car and drove off without the consent of the three men present, and now they are filing suit.
The men claim that dispite warnings and pleading with Lohan to slow down, she ignored their wish, yelling out obscenities and saying that she wasn’t afraid of death.
They claim she then went on to say how she “was a celebrity, and could do whatever she wants.”
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPhearson, released a statement calling the lawsuit absurd, claiming’
“These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in.”
The driver of the car Lohan was chasing has also filed a suit against the actress.

The jury in the Britney Spears hit and run trial are heading into day three of deliberations. After a long day of deliberating yesterday, they were unable to reach a verdict and left deadlocked.
Why are they totally making this seem like a murder case or something. She hit something, didn’t have a CA license, had an LA license, It’s okay or it’s not okay, case closed.
The jury is probably just holding out hoping for the day the new hott Britney will walk through the court room doors.
I would too.

Someone by the name of Judge is not very happy with Khloe Kardashian.
Khloe was in court to check in with the judge regarding her 2007 DUI arrest and the Judge wasn’t giving her the celebrity treatment. Apparently, Khloe failed to complete all of her assigned classes.
Khloe hit the judge with a Kim K. ass load of excuses, such as the holiday messed up the schedule, and that classes were overbooked, But the judge didn’t want to hear it.
You know what they say excuses are like right?? I’ll give you a hint. Everyone has one and they usually stink!
The Judge ordered Khloe to finish her class by November 17th, and will require her to fly back from NYC where she will be a part of the Celebrity Apprentice in order to work at a morgue.

Nick Hogan could be gettin’ released any day now for good behavior.
The 18-year-old son of Hulk Hogan has been locked up for a car accident that left his friend and passenger John Graziano paralyzed.
A sheriff for the Florida county told People Magazine that it was just standard procedure. He said, “They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,”
Hope he learned his lesson.
