Free At Last.
After spending 166 days behind Pinellas County bars for an accident that left his friend in a vegetated state for the rest of his life, Nick Hogan is free to be an 18 year old boy.
Hogan was released from jail just after midnight Tuesday morning and Linda Hogan was having a welcome home party for her son the moment he stepped outside those doors.
Nick pleaded no contest to a felony charge of wreckless driving back in May and was sentenced to eight months, but only stayed about five-and-a-half due to good behavior credits.
Unfortunately, most of America is against this kid and his family now, so good luck doing anything buddy.

The LA county DA has decided to save Kanye West and his bodyguard from being charged with a felony for their altercation with a photographer at LAX a few weeks back.
Both men could still be charged with misdemeanors though.
Another case of celebrity justice.
Hopefully the photographer got a nice little check signed by Kanye to forget things ever happened.

Just in case you forgot. . .On March 4th, Demi Moore and her daughters left Donna Karan’s party in Los Angeles and were in such a huge hurry Demi smashed into a parked Escalade! The police were called and Demi Moore was then pulled over by six cop cars on the suspicion of a hit and run. During the entire time of questioning Demi refused to get out of her car. You gotta love L.A. Where else would you find such amazing celebrity Justice?

Think again!As you all probably already know by now, Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora, has been arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol.The 48-year-old star was arrested just before 11pm on Tuesday after an officer noticed his black Hummer weaving in traffic lanes, said Laguna Beach police Sergeant Jason Kravetz.Sambora was given field sobriety tests and arrested without incident. He was booked at the Laguna Beach jail in California and released at 4am on Wednesday, said Sgt Kravetz.”He was very co-operative with all the staff,” he said.A woman and two girls were passengers in the car, said Sgt Kravetz, who declined to release their names. One of the girls was Heather Locklear’s daughter with Sambora, Ava. This just two weeks after The Star released a 911 call from Heather Locklear’s home from a doctor claiming he feared for Locklear’s personal safety.Sambora was given notice to appear in court on May 7 on one misdemeanour count of driving under the influence, Sgt Kravetz said.Ken Sunshine, a spokesman for Bon Jovi, had no comment. What a shocker! Let’s see you make Richie the victim here, Mr. Sunshine.

Victoria Beckham took over two hours at the dentist’s in Beverly Hills today and threw her throngs of waiting fans total shade as she left in a dramatic rush. Whateva! There was one elderly woman waiting the entire time just to say “Hello.” There was no Hello for her or anyone for that matter! Posh just pushed past everyone like she was royalty. Of course the grossly overpaid Beverly Hills P.D. had complete access to her majesty and found it necessary to have eight of their finest escort her past her adoring fans. EIGHT po po! My Gawd! What a waste of money and yet such a wonderful example of celebrity justice. Foo on you Posh. Foo on you!
