Lindsay’s Protector Furious Over Flour.
Samantha Ronson took to her blog while overseas for some DJ gigs, to reach out to her US fans in response to PETA’s little demonstration against Lindsay Lohan the other night.
Ronson is steaming mad about the whole thing, and thinks that PETA sholud thank people like Lindsay, and Mary-Kate and Ashley, for keeping them in business.

Flour Power
I posted a blog last week that angered some people who didn’t know how to read properly, I then wasted my own time defending myself and now I regret that.
There is a fine line that distinguishes the difference between exercising our freedom of expression and offending others, for example the debate regarding freedom of speech vs. hate speech…. i feel that this principle should apply to protestors also. It’s a pity that some groups feel the need to assault people as opposed to fighting with words.
Whenever I feel the need to vent about something that feels unfair to me I reach for my computer, I don’t run out of the house with abusive intentions. I don’t expect everyone to react the same way, but I do expect people to respect each other. Maybe that’s my first mistake? It seems lately I am learning that there are too many people who put another species before their fellow man and that’s sad. I don’t wear fur, but I don’t think I have the right to ATTACK those who do. No one has that right.
PETA should focus their efforts on educating people on what they believe are injustices instead of seeking press via harassing those in the limelight. I received an apology too many days late from the PETA folks (the blog removal was too little too late) and today I’m pissed at the bag of flour thrown on Lindsay last night. Not because I got powdered down, but because the girl who threw it acted like an animal herself. I take that back, it’s an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than that person. I would have more respect for them if they didn’t use other people to get their point across. Lindsay, Mary Kate, Ashley Olsen, Anna Wintour and the rest of the targeted celebrities aren’t the problem, I’m pretty sure they’re not the only ones wearing fur, in fact, they should be appreciated by PETA for giving them a target. If it weren’t for them, who would get them press?????
I know I’m probably going to get a lot of angry emails in response, but I don’t really care. I got enough last week for no reason so I’m more than happy to ignore the nastiness after seeing what I saw last night. I’m not about to throw on a fur coat in retaliation, but had I had one within reach, I’m not sure I would have walked away from it.
p.s. when was the last time you saw an animal attack one of its own in defense of a human? hmmmmm….. that’s one to grow on!
p.s.s. i think there are plenty of families that could have used that flour for a meal. nice job, lady.

Kanye West took to his blog to rant off rumors that were poste on the internet about him this week.
While he avoided making mention of his UK arrest for assaulting another photographer, he wanted to clear up some quotes that he claim were twisted on one internet blog.
He claim’s it’s not a rant though, and claims it’s in CAPS because he’s “lazy and tired from performing.” The thing about that is, he just typed the longest paragraph ever so would hitting the CAPS button to turn it off really have cost him that much energy?
I DON’T KNOW WHAT I DID 2 THE FOLKS AT YBF (YOUNG BLACK & FABULOUS BLOG SITE ) BUT THEY TAKE EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN TO OVERLY INTRUDE ON MY PERSONAL LIFE, SPREAD HE SAY SHE SAY RUMORS, AND GENERALLY ATTACK ME AS A HUMAN BEING. I CAN DEAL WITH PEOPLE TALKIN SHIT FROM AN OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE BUT YOUR JOURNALISM SEEMS PARTICULARLY INTRUSIVE AND MALICIOUS. YOU WOULD WRITE STUFF LIKE HEY I BET SUCH AND SUCH DOESN’T KNOW ABOUT SUCH AND SUCH. NOW THAT’S JUST BITCH BOGUS! IF ANYTHING, THIS WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. Kim Kardashian recently shot her cameo on How I Met Your Mother and blogged about it on her official website.
As previously reported, Kim will be playing a magazine cover version of herself which required her to shoot the scene alone in front of a green screen.
Here’s what Kim had to say;
I recently filmed an episode of How I Met Your Mother! This is the first sitcom I have ever worked on, and I absolutely loved it!
Everyone on the set was extremely kind and so fun to work with! Bob Saget, who is the show’s narrator, and cast member Jason Segel were there as well as my own mother, who everyone got to meet. Ha!
In the scene I am on the cover of a weekly magazine and I come to life! So, I had to film it all on a green screen!
I can’t wait to see the show! I really had a great time and hope this opens up other opportunities for me in the acting world.
This episode of HIMYM is going to be packed with guest stars, as Spencer and Heidi have already filmed their scenes, and it’s rumored that Kendra Wilkinson will appear as well.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian are both permanent fixtures in the blogosphere these days, and now it appears that their step brother, Brody Jenner, will be coming along for the ride.
Brody, who stars in hit *reality* drama, The Hills, just launched BrodyJenner.com, which will chronicle the daily occurances of his life, offer advice on what “bomb clubs” to go to, and keep you up to date on his Bromance show.

One of my favorite things to do is swim, whether it be in a pool, ocean, bathtub, I’m like a fucking fish, in more ways then one, haha. It’s actually really good exercise out in the water, it works all of your muscles, arms, legs, abs, that’s why you always see professional swimmers with such trim bodies.

Kim Kardashian usually has to answer questions like “where did you get that dress?” or “how can I get my makeup to look like yours?” in her “Ask Kim” segments on her blog, but today she answered someone who wanted to know how to get out of their marriage.
I love when people write to celebs or call into radio programs like Ryan Seacrest with their relationship problems instead of asking friends or family members who truly care about them, or seeking professional help from a specialist. Entertainment at it’s finest.

John Mayer is back to defending himself on his official blog. John’s been fairly quiet on his page for the past few months, and apparently he’s noticed some fans getting pretty upset about it.
While touching on a bunch of subjects, I found his plea to prove he’s not ‘darker’ to be the most interesting. John Mayer is never a guy I’d label ‘dark’ because to me he seems kinda soft.
Here’s what John had to say;
A quick point about all things media/gossip/paparazzi related, as I know there’s been some chatter amongst the fan boards lately…
I am not darker, angrier or moodier these days. In fact, it’s just the opposite. All that’s happened is that I’ve given up on trying to find a way to use unwanted media as a form of entertainment. (It still was worth a try.) A walk to the car isn’t the best time to try and analyze my mood or disposition, so you’ll probably always get a bad read from it.
He’s right, but gossip wouldn’t be gossip with out false reads and accusations. It’s like that telephone game where you tell someone something and by the time it gets back around it’s completely different. Embrace it, John.

Samantha Ronson brought up a point that I hadn’t thought about yet on her Myspace Blog, and I must say for once I completely agree with her!
Sam says;

i guess people care more about farm animals than they do their fellow man, that’s really sad to me.
yes, i am glad that the chickens will have more room and better conditions as they wait to die, but i just think it’s frightening that people show more compassion for tomorrow’s dinner than for the chef.
yup, miss piggy and chicken little may rest easy, but gay people in florida and california can no longer get married and gay couples in arkansas can’t adopt children. g-d forbid a loving family (regardless of sexual orientation) give a needy child a home! there aren’t children out there in dire need of love and shelter, no this country is thriving and no child is in need.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi took a step towards equality by getting married this summer before Prop 8 put the ban back on same sex marriage in California, now she has to worry about taking a step backward.
Ellen spoke out through a statement regarding her strong feelings on th issue. She said;
“Watching the returns on election night was an amazing experience. Barack Obama is our new president. Change is here. I, like millions of Americans, felt like we had taken a giant step towards equality. We were watching history.
This morning, when it was clear that Proposition 8 had passed in California, I can’t explain the feeling I had. I was saddened beyond belief. Here we just had a giant step towards equality and then on the very next day, we took a giant step away.
I believe one day a ‘ban on gay marriage’ will sound totally ridiculous. In the meantime, I will continue to speak out for equality for all of us.”
And she’s totally right!
